Remember, these dolls don't go on sale until 9AM PST / 12PM EST. It might not be as much of an advantage to have the product page, but if you refresh the page at the sale time exactly, you should be able to purchase it right away. This really is unbelievable... it's not as if the Disney Store had no idea how ridiculously high demand was for these. This insanity was completely predictable.
I actually had my sister helping me out because I was so worried... it appears we both managed to order Jasmine though, so I probably will be selling the extra through this comm. (I'll give her the option to sell on Ebay though, since she went through all the trouble for me)

I am so close to tears right now. Thanks to them being complete IDIOTS when it came to traffic on the site, I don't get my doll that was in my cart.

I really should be thankful i went to the line release but it was out of hand, but this...
this is just unprecidented!..
Im still stuck in an endless cycle of the check out stand for more than 30 minutes!....

Maybe the damn site was cut off and java script kept going over and over again!..
i am really heartbroken, I know aurora is sold out, but come on, I was stuck in this for 30 minutes....

Wow. After experiencing all this trouble and not getting the dolls wanted today, I don't even want my Cinderella, Belle, and Mulan dolls anymore. ;\

At least I mentally prepared myself for missing out on the last 5. I'm not as disappointed as I would have been a few weeks ago.

I'm so sorry for all of you who didn't get their dolls! I decided to not even bother getting any of them from the start - I'm not a doll person. I got all of the items with the pretty artwork on them instead. :(

My sister got a confirmation for Rapunzel 4 mins after the site went up, so hoping I get her. I really wanted Jasmine, too, though. Here is hoping someone sells her for a reasonable price. :(

Sounds like madness. I'm so sorry for those of you who didn't yet manage to get the dolls you wanted. Maybe when the dust settles, there will be a decent amount of people trading them for the dolls they actually wanted.

Congrats to Disney for the publicity they got/are getting from this. Not like they needed it, but whatever. That's what companies want from these "limited edition" things. Publicity and desperate fans, I guess.

I didn't even try for any of the dolls. I didn't want them. Maybe now that the dolls are done though, Disney will put other Designer Doll merchandise up for sale in unlimited supply. That might be a nice second choice for some people. I got the lipgloss set awhile ago, and I like it. The designs are prettier than the dolls anyway, IMO.

I can't even fathom what happened. The site crashed and once I refreshed the page, my cart was empty. Alas, another casualty of war. Good thing I took a snapshot of my page as proof, with the items numbers and everything. Now I am waiting on the phone so I can complain.

but i got a response saying "we really tried our best, our servers was going so high that we had to shut down and reset everything just to give everyone a "Fair Chance", Please keep trying and im sorry for any inconvience you had!".

I really want to agree with their method, otherwise, we all got shut down and give a banner saying "we will stop the network and find a easier solution for anyone to understand".
